Beall Percussion Specialties Return/Exchange Policies
Each Beall Percussion Specialties product is fully guaranteed by BPS to cover repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.
Beall Percussion Specialties offers an exclusive 72 hour exchange/refund policy to web and mail order customers only. If, within 72 hours of receiving your product, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Beall Percussion Specialties for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a return authorization from Beall Percussion Specialties. All returns must be received within 14 days of being issued a Return Authorization Number (see below). Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material.
To return a product, please call Customer Service at 1-479-283-7432 within 72 hours of receiving your purchase to get a Return Authorization Number. All returns require an authorization number; no merchandise will be accepted for exchange or return without this authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.
All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
